Today is August 15th 2008. I was asked to go and volunteer at the new Obama HQ. They gave me a list of numbers to call.
I have a phone voice. I know how to smile over the phone. My step daughter's name was on the list.
At first I was elated because she was voting for Obama. Then I was filled with fear. They don't need any crap at the HQ.
