Delegate Margery Kay Behrens argues against the consent agenda.:Although everyone got in on time and there weren't riots outside the doors, the Nevada Democratic Agenda has already gotten a bit off-track.
Former U.S. Sen. Richard Bryan, leading the convention, has encountered opposition against the consent agenda with rural Democrats arguing for individual voting for national electors instead of the pre-approved elector lists.
Speakers against the agenda included Rabbi Jonathan Freirich from Stateline, who is running for rural delegate and Margery Kay Behrens.

When I first moved to Pahrump I was overwhelmed by how friendly the people here are and how beautiful the sky is at night. I had never seen the Milky Way from my own front yard before. I have lived here now for almost 15 years and I call it home. I have been a business owner in Pahrump for approximately 13 years give or take, sole-proprietor of Serendipity and then American Beauty salons. I have been a cosmetologist the majority of my life. 27 years on the salon floor making people beautiful. I became seriously involved in national politics about 8 years ago.I am currently also involved in an internet television talk show at KPTU.TV and about to be on the radio statewide as a poltical pundit with the same broadcast association.
There are a few of you out there that know me and more I would like to get to know. Those of you that do know me know that I'm an honest individual and that I only get "loud" when I feel that some injustice is being perpetrated against the community, in general or individually.I would like to be given the opportunity to fight for the Township of Pahrump and the only way I have found to fight the system is to infiltrate it.This is the year that I decided to get active.
